In addition to all the tools, materials, and equipment lying around, construction sites always seem to have a surfeit of bins on wheels.  Sometimes they're filled with junk and sometimes they're standing by empty waiting for junk.  Some bins are even outfitted with really strong hooks -- I guess for going up (and coming down)?
