I saw the ten truck last night on my walk home -- turning the corner on to Fulton in the shadow of the Freedom Tower.  

The Ten Truck and the Tower. #FDNY Ten House is the closest to the #WTC site. They lost 9 firefighters on 9/11. And a truck. The truck in this photo is a Seagrave aerial 100' and it was delivered in 2013. The 23' flag murals that grace either side of the truck were designed and donated by Seagrave employees. #alwaysremember #neverforget #911 #fdnyinsta remembering #newyorksbravest #chief_miller

Remembering 9/11
I had that thought this morning -- the one that I usually try to push out of my head on this particular day.  The it's a beautiful morning after the rain thought.  This morning, I'm going to own it.  It is a beautiful morning for remembering those we lost here in NYC.
